Tuesday’s post sparked outrage. 50% of people don’t visit the other draws?! 50% of those don’t even know they exist?! We vowed to address this. And we have.
Ok, well… you have to be on mobile to see any difference, but that’s where the problem was. A bit of detective work revealed that half as many mobile users were using the “Other draws” navigation at the top of the screen compared to tablet/desktop. We looked at how other “apps” do it and came up with this:

We ran a test earlier in the week, and this got twice as many people using it, so we’ve now rolled it out to everyone.
We’re always apprehensive about making changes like this but we hope it’s intuitive enough for you to adapt. And if you’re one of the 25% of people who didn’t know about the other draws… Welcome to the other draws 🙂
