  • This is a new post, edited...

  • Hello I'm new on here, any advice is welcome

    • Hi Caro - welcome to the site, congrats on setting a nickname & not just being one of the many “ Anons…” , and good luck with the draws 🤞!

      LLAP 🖖!

    • Welcome Caro. 🍀Good Luck🍀

    • Hi 😊, The best possible advice anyone can offer is to check out the Rules and the FAQ pages. Links are on every page. 😊

So many members miss their wins as they don’t check out how the site works.

Don’t miss the draws, don’t let your account deactivate.

  • Woohoo! Won a £25 from referring people giveaway on here! Didnt even notice until money hit my paypal this morning!!

    • 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

    • There's always a few conclusion jumpers who're allergic to search engines and such inconveniences. Wibble 👍👍

    • Thank you very much eveyone! Haha i know what you mean by people not believing, ive had a few nasty comments but I made sure to take a screenshot and go back to those posts and reply that I actually won myself😂✌🏼

    • Tweek, never!!! I'm sure that's not true!

      😜

    • 🙀 No way!! Congrats! 🥳

I feel really bad about not referring people. I tried, but no one believes a word I say 😥

    • 🥳🥳🥳

    • Congratulations 👍🙂💰

    • Congratz. 🥂

    • Well done! 😊

  • I'd do anything to just win even a fiver and leave the site, been coming for so long and won diddly squat.

    • 😅 @Barrie/CS Glad you remembered, that could have been awkward. Sometimes the conversations do have a habit of veering off in weird/wonderful directions.

@Em glad you're feeling better 👏 I want to go see Downton Abbey too. Downton Abbey is my guilty pleasure. I love all that Upstairs/Downstairs kind of stuff. I won a free ticket to go see a preview screening of the new Doctor Strange film but I wasn't feeling very well so couldn't go 😞 Gutted.

    • Great news Em!

    • I think Tweek's FROM another dimension 👽 👽 👽

    • Shyboy, I tested negative on Tuesday and I am feeling much better now, thanks for asking. I only have some leftover symptoms of a very rare cough and my nose flits between being blocked and being clear. But I am feeling myself again and I was able to go see Downton Abbey in the cinema since I was negative. I just wore a mask to make sure I didn't cough on anyone. But it didn't happen while I was there.

      Barrie, I see, thanks. : )

    • @ Admin Em - A while back I dragged a thread sideways & then Tweek took it into another dimension.

    • How are you , Em? Did you get to see Downton Abbey?

    • It has certainly confused me and I am not new. : )

    • @Tweek - That should confuse newcomers.

    • @Barrie you didn't say no when I offered you a fiver last weekend 😉 Lovin the new skirt btw

    • @Anonymous - Does that mean you won't leave the site until after you have won something?

    • *Announcement*

      This is a random lottery.

Not everyone wins in a random lottery.

It’s free and you should be grateful for the chance to win something for nothing.

If you won, why would you leave? You could win again and your bonus doesn’t reset.

      This isn’t the Hotel California…

      You can leave now.

      *Announcement ends*

  • Its great to see the video's are back and working!

    • You must have had a problem, as they haven't been away.

  • I would suggest a video of Queen "Don't stop me now".

    • Tweek, that sounds about right. I think there were a few less polite terms too.

    • @Nameless Was it **** or ****? I've been called a ***** quite a lot, and ******* 😔

    • I've worked in many factories Barrie, and been referred to as many body parts, some of which I don't even possess.

    • Work in a factory & get something wrong if you want to be called a body part it won't be brain though.

    • Thanks Em, I certainly did not intend to sound rude to you, but after a lifetime of receiving cards, letters etc referring to me as a body part, I just had to point it out.

    • @Em - well, the first time, anyway... 😉😊

    • Thanks for pointing our my typo Not Anonymous Merely Nameless who I can now refer to as Brian. : ) I have edited my comment to call Mr May by his proper name.

    • Yes Chocolate Spaniel, it was tongue in cheek. I think Em does a wonderful job.

    • He's neither Anonymous nor Nameless now...

    • @ NAMN, hope that was a tongue in cheek remark, although, without a suitable emoji, it comes over as rude.

    • Em, it' s actually Brian, not Brain. I know this as I am also a Brian, so on behalf of myself and all the other Brians out there, please stop referring to us as Brain, it's irritating.

    • Hi Gerald. We need written permission from the owner of a video to be able to use it. If you know Brian May or his staff then please email him and ask them to email us at admin@pickmypostcode.com and grant us permission to use their video and song.

We also require an MP4 video file, a short bio and some social media links and being a small team here at PMP we don't have time to get these ourselves so when a member makes a suggestion, we ask for their help.

I am assuming that the chances of you knowing Brain May or anyone who works for/with him are quite slim though so I don't expect we will be able to feature one of their videos.

He say, "I know you, you know me

One thing I can tell you is you got to be free"

      Come together, right now

      Over me

-Come together by Lennon & McCartney, 1969.

(And that must have been a LOT of toe jam.)

    • @notyetdear Oh no have you never played the computer game ToeJam & Earl? Toe Jam is an Americanism for the gunk one get between ones toes (apparently) 😊

    • 👍🏻 ... and I learned a new one in 'toe jam' - not come across that phrase before, which would have made solving 3 a bit easier.

    • @notyetanotherdui well done. "Sometimes I feel like one of these" would have been a much better clue than just "Phrase". I know an awful lot of phrases.

    • 3. TIP TOE JAM

      10. LIKE A FISH OUT OF WATER

      11. ACHILLES LAST STAND BY ME

    • @notyetanotherid - I can't make Chris Squire out of any of them.

    • I won't completely ruin 11 for those still puzzling, but Led Zeppelin and Ben E King are the artists.

    • I feel like A Fish Out Of Water amongst all these speedy anagram solvers...😁

    • Still 3, 10 & 11 to go. Hope nobody saw what euphemism I made of 9 before I changed it.

    • Like I said Smartie pants, the lot of you!!! 😂😂

Or should that be “you’re all a bunch of Paintmasters”

      🤪🤪

    • @tetleyt - which number does that refer to(joking)? The answer to yours is Paintmasters !!!!!

    • Smartie pants…..🤨

    • 1 - A Beautiful Mind

      4 - Doctor Who

      5 - Up the ante

      6 - Muddy Waters

      7 - Sweet potato fries

Can you tell me please, how to change my address and will I loose my bonus pot

Can’t remember any passwords I have with you either 🤷🏻‍♀️

    • You don’t actually register an address on here. You just register a postcode. It can be any valid format UK postcode, so if you prefer you can keep/leave the one currently registered.

Makes no odds, as it’s you that’s in the draws; the draws aren’t geographical.

The only disadvantage is that if there are several active members registered at a particular postcode, you’ll need to be quick on the draw for the 3 “first claims wins” prizes.

      https://help.pickmypostcode.com/article/31-how-do-i-change-my-email-address-or-postcode

No, you don't lose your bonus pot.

    • There is a "Reset my password by email" button under My Account > My details.

  • LOL, I've just spent a few quizzicle moments wondering why, when I roll the mouse over the ad, the arrow for the video disappears. I finally realised that the arrow is the same colour as the background 😂 😂

    • In reality the arrow is still visible because it is a slightly different shade.

    • It will play the video wherever you click on it, which is a lot better, ... not just on the invisible arrow.

    • ‘appens to us all at some time lol

  • They receive to much money, I know I work with them...

    • Yes…..parking meters! Nice one. 🙃

    • Parking meters?

    • Lawyers? Influencers?

    • Polly Tishuns, do what I say, not what I do?

Olly Garks - extortion & running down Co's?

    • University Chancellors?

    • TV and news presenters?

    • Council bosses?

    • …all (but especially Bankrupt) energy supply CEO’s?

    • Football players?

    • One armed bandits?

    • Change machines?

    • Directors of a charity?

  • For over 2 weeks ,,,,Are you interested in investing in bitcoin? NO!!!!!

    • Splitting a coin into millions of pieces ... A new legal way to "deface the currency"?

There's a pound on this microdot sized bit --> .

    • @Tweek - He'd buy the website. Obviously. And then send one of his 2 ton cars hang-gliding. For the hell of it.

    • Thank you for your replys.. Yes it has been the same every day... Untill yesterday?!?!?! Like waiting for a bus then 3 turn up :)

    • Whenever I see a questions like that I just think WWEMD (What Would Elon Musk Do) 🤔

    • Hi NoName. Has it been asking you day after day? If it has, it means that the Survey ID has gotten stuck on your account ID. Please email us at admin@pickmypostcode.com.

The question is designed to see how opinions change over time, but not every day and even two weeks later would be too soon for opinions to change. I suspect an issue has occurred. Sorry about this.

    • Again! There's a note at the top which states ... "This survey is designed to understand the change in attitude towards a subject over time, so you may have already answered it before and may be asked to answer it again in the future", or similar. It merely seeks to know if there is any change in attitude toward bitcoin."

However, if you mean it's appearing every day then let admin@pickmypostcode.com know.

  • NO chance of winning... .,K..

    • @Anon#1 actually it's a 1 in 17,158 chance of winning, higher if you include stealing/sharing your neighbour's win.

    • Aah, I was only counting 1 Bonus draw, since I’m a newbie! Thanks 😊

    • FYI ... Main, Video, Survey, 2x Stackpots (9am & 9pm), 3x Bonus draws, & Mini-Draw (6pm-2am) at foot of any page. ... = 9,

[+ "Martini" Flash Draw (Anytime, Anyplace, Anywhere) = 10].

    • 1) Main Draw

      2) Video Draw

      3) Survey Draw

      4) Stackpot

      5) £5 Bonus Draw

      6) £10 Bonus Draw

      7) £20 Bonus Draw

      8) Mini Draw

      9) £5 Flash Draw

Please take a look at these FAQ articles:

      https://help.pickmypostcode.com/article/13-what-time-are-the-draws

    • 9 draws? I’ve only counted 7 🤦🏼‍♀️

    • Think about it red/orange Anonymous, the people who won a share of the £1,505,348 claimed already, probably thought they had little chance too.

It has to be someone, why can’t it be you? 😊

We all have the exact same chance of being drawn.

Maybe giving yourself a nickname will encourage Lady Luck?😆

    • Just be positive rather than negative, check all 9 draws a day, and enjoy the fact that you can do it for free.

    • SAME chance of winning as everyone else...

Nothing more to be said, really. Be patient, check regularly, hope you're lucky one day and enjoy the banter. 😉

  • :)

  • Why is it a new thread every time someone likes/dislikes the video. Just add a reply folks!🤪

    • 👍

    • @tetleyt - Although you're right and it would be a lot more efficient at fitting more comments onto the page, I can see why people do it here, because they're not actually replying to a previous opinion, just expressing their own enjoyment of the song. (Or not as the case may be.)

But yeah, I get what you're saying.

    • In this case it's been happening longer than she's been annoying the humans.

    • Maybe everyone's turning into "Liz"? ;-)

    • Aha! The unanswerable question ...... If you were to dig a hole that went through the centre of the earth and you jumped through, would you be falling or floating upwards?

What would happen to the world’s oceans if every person on Earth jumped into the water at the same time?

  • Lovely beautiful chills in my spine

  • Beautiful and moving rendition, such a lovely song and sung by beautiful voices.

  • loved listening to this version, brilliantly performed by all, brought a tear to my eyes remembering those who passed.

  • Beautifully done

  • great song, beautiful presentation

  • Really inspirational - beautiful composition. Thank you

  • I don't often comment here, but just wanted to say the choir rendition of Wind Beneath my Wings was absolutely gorgeous!

  • That was was a wonderful performance, beautiful song.

  • That was lovely, very moving. Well done!

  • Beautiful version, so harmonious and gentle - well done everyone! :-) x

  • Fantastic rendition of Wind beneath my wings by really strong voices well done and all for the Hillsborough Disaster Memorial Service, I wish I could share this video on Facebook

    • If you click on the You Tube link immediately under the video, it will take you direct to the site. Once there, there should be a “share” button under the video. Clicking on that should bring up options to share , including Facebook.

      🙂💐

    • It does a great deal, I have also been on Facebook to share this video but alas I could not find it. My daughters funeral was back in 1991, she was our youngest but thank you.

    • Sorry to hear about your daughter. I hope that the song reminds you of her.

    • Hi, yes thank you I shall do that after, this was my late daughters favourite by Bette Midler and insisted that it was played at her funeral. Many thanks to the choir too,

    • It's available on YouTube as it says above, so you can share it from there.
